Terms & Conditions for e bike rentals.

• 
  Driver’s age: Minimum age of 15 years.
• Rental duration: Minimum rental duration is one (1) day/24 hours.
• Payment method: The rental of the e bike is paid in cash for the total
  amount of the reservation before its collection.
• Damage Guarantee. The company can pledge the sum of 500 euros as a guarantee in cash or on the customer’s credit card as part of compensation in case of material damage or theft of the e bike.
• E bikes can be equipped with an anti-theft electronic tracking system to avoid property crimes.
• Before renting an e bike, the Company performs a specialized service (close inspection and repair).
• Deliveries – Pick-ups: They are made from the company’s headquarters or at a point of the customer’s choice after agreement. Any additional delivery-pick-up costs are paid before the e bikes are
  delivered.
• The lessee is obliged to leave the personal details of his identity,
  and place of residence, at the disposal of the company before receiving the bicycle.
• The lessee thoroughly checks the e-bike and expressly declares that he received the e-bike in excellent condition
• In case of an emergency mechanical breakdown or accident, the lessee must immediately inform the lessor company
• The lessee must lock the bicycle every time it is left unattended.
• The lessee is fully responsible for any accident, any damage, or theft (partial or total) caused to the rented e-bike.
• The lessee pays a sum of money to the company in case of damage to the e bike regardless of its fault.
• The lessee must return the e-bike to the lessor company in the same excellent condition in which received.
• The lessee expressly agrees that the company “Methana e-bike Tours” is not responsible for any damage suffered by the lessee or third parties during the rental and no claim can be raised against it in the event of an accident.
• The lessee must comply with the applicable Road Traffic Code.
• The lessee will not grant the leased vehicle for occasional or non-occasional use to third parties.
• In case of a call for road assistance, transport of the e bike, repairs due to misuse, accidents, etc., the company may charge the customer the handling and delivery costs.
